Scott and Tammy Fitzpatrick, the franchise owners of the Nashville location, are truly dedicated to providing transparency around the ingredients on the Island Fin Poké Co. menu. As they are a family with food allergies, they are keenly aware of how difficult it can be to find allergen-free alternatives. They ensure that the food is prepared correctly, so their guests can simply enjoy their experience at Island Fin without worry.
